This Privacy Statement (“Privacy Statement”) details the Payment Collect, LLC policies with respect to the handling of personally identifiable information (“Information”) submitted or otherwise collected via the company’s website or in the course of providing services to  resellers, users and customers. The type of Information Payment Collect, LLC (PaymentCollect) receives varies depending upon the nature of the activity and relationship with us.

Browsing our websites: When a user browses PaymentCollect’s website, we may collect information regarding the domain, host and other information from which the data was accessed as well as anonymous statistical data. This data might be used to communicate with you via our chatbot, email communications as well as to analyze trends, administer the website and improve our product and services.

Inquiries: PaymentCollect’s website contains various forms, links to company e-mail addresses, and fax numbers. When the user completes and submit a form, send us an e-mail, send us a fax, or contact us by telephone, PaymentCollect may store the inquiries and their contents, including any personally identifiable information. Use of Products and Services: When you register to use PaymentCollect’s products and services (“Services”) you will be required to provide personally identifiable information and to enter into a written agreement with PaymentCollect. If you submit information to a company using our products and services (“Merchant”),  you were required to submit personally identifiable information (“Information”) in order to receive a Product or Service (“Order”) from Merchant. Merchants transmit Information and Order data to PaymentCollect for the purpose of processing an Order. Information is maintained in servers located within the U.S.A and maintained for three (3) years.

Applying for a Merchant Services: When you submit an application to obtain a merchant account through PaymentCollect, you will be required to provide personally identifiable information. PaymentCollect may be required to obtain a certain amount of personal customer information to fulfill PaymentCollects obligations with a Merchant Service Provider (“MSP”) or Financial Institution. Furthermore, PaymentCollect. may also obtain information about you from third party sources, including, without limitation, consumer reporting agencies.

Use of Google Analytics and Google Signals

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Signals on our website and/or app. These tools allow us to understand how users interact with our site and to improve our services. They collect information such as your IP address, device information, browsing behavior, and location data. This data is used to provide personalized ads and improve your user experience. Google may use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can opt-out of Google Analytics tracking or visit our website using the Brave Web Browser.

PaymentCollect does not sell, rent or lease any personally identifiable information and, except as expressly set forth below, never discloses personally identifiable information to any third parties.

Use of Products and Services: PaymentCollect will use your Information during the course of providing you with Products and Services. During the course of providing such services, PaymentCollect may disclose your Information to third parties that have contracted with PaymentCollect to perform certain functions of the Products and Services on our behalf (“Subcontractors”). If you are a customer of a Merchant, PaymentCollect will use Order Information during the course of providing processing services to such Merchant. PaymentCollect may also use Order Information at an aggregate level for internal business analyses and fraud prevention. During the course of providing Products and Services to Merchant, PaymentCollect may disclose Order Information to banks, processors, card associations, and other financial institutions that are involved in the course of processing or screening the transaction applicable to the Order Information.

Applying for a Merchant Services: When you apply for a merchant account from or through your reseller, agent or PaymentCollect, the information provided may be disclosed to evaluate your eligibility for a PaymentCollect Product or Service or a merchant account, including disclosure to consumer reporting agencies, relevant financial institutions, and other entities involved in providing products and services connected to your merchant account services. PaymentCollect may also use and disclose your Information during the course of providing or procuring products or services connected your merchant account services on your behalf.

Marketing: PaymentCollect may also use your Information to contact you, directly or through a third party reseller or agent, about other PaymentCollect offerings.

Communications: PaymentCollect may use your information to inform you about general company news and industry trends. PaymentCollect may also use your Information to assist in resolving or addressing any technical issues as well as to appraise you of any potential service/product issues and new products or offerings.

Surveys and Questionnaires: If you submitted an inquiry to PaymentCollect or if you are a PaymentCollect Merchant, periodically, PaymentCollect may use your Information to contact you, directly or through a third party reseller or agent, to complete a survey or questionnaire. Responses to any such survey or questionnaire may be used for internal business analyses and may be disclosed in aggregate form without disclosing any personally identifiable information.

Use of Cookies: Forms on our website may use cookies. Cookies are small files of data that reside on your computer and allow PaymentCollect to recognize you as a PaymentCollect Merchant, a previous visitor of our website or to pass information between internal processed in order to assist Merchants in fulfilling their Order. PaymentCollect may use cookies to populate frequently used forms or to provide you with other customized viewing options for your convenience. PaymentCollect uses cookies solely to maintain personalized services throughout the website.

Confidentiality Obligations: All contracts entered into between PaymentCollect and Merchants, PaymentCollect and Subcontractors, and PaymentCollect and other third party service providers, resellers and agents contain express provisions governing the confidential treatment of any and all personally identifiable information. Investigations and Proceedings: PaymentCollect may use Information to conduct internal investigations. PaymentCollect may disclose Information to cooperate with an investigation by law enforcement agencies or other governmental authorities and may also disclose Information in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, or other comparable legal processes.

Information Security

PaymentCollect is committed to privacy and security. PaymentCollect utilizes strong security for transmissions of Information and Orders to hardware designed to communicate with Financial institutions, MSP’s and payment processors in order for PaymentCollect to fulfill it’s obligations

Payment Collect reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by placing a prominent notice on our website and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the website, Product and/or Services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgement of modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.

Correction And Deletion Of Information

If you want PaymentCollect to correct or delete your Information that is stored on PaymentCollect’s systems, please submit your request in writing to:
