In the event you decide to pursue a business relationship with us, additional financial information for the purpose of issuing a merchant account and/or payment processing credentials will be required.

For the purpose of providing the Product and Services of payment processing, Payment Collect is required to collect and disclose your contact and financial information to the Merchant Service Provider, Bank and/or processor for the purpose of issuing a Merchant Account.

In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information is transferred to the third party. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Payment Collect, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
