QuickBooks® POS End-Of-Life

On February 8th, 2023 Intuit has announced that as of February 8th, 2023, QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale 19.0 will no longer be available for purchase by new customers, and new stores cannot be added. Existing customers can continue to purchase additional user licenses until the product is phased out on October 3rd, 2023.

What does it mean after October 3rd, 2023?

  • Your current Software and licenses will continue to work.

  • Intuit Merchant Services (Payments) will stop working.

  • No new future versions of Point Of Sale.

  • No additional new users licenses after October 3rd, 2023.

  • No more tech support.
